Beelzebub and Lucifer, Episode Two

Berthold wanted to know what happened next. What Berthold wants, Berthold gets.

I managed to start this episode with sniffling!!

About kingmidget

About the name. I was the youngest of four. Until I got to kindergarten, I didn't have much to say. All I had to do to get what I wanted was to point, and a sibling, or loving parent, would fulfill my request. As a result, my father coined the nickname -- King Midget. At least that's the way the story goes. I am a father, husband, friend, and lover, writer, runner, pizza maker, baker, and many other things. What I am not is my occupation. It is my job that pays the bills and provides for my family. But, it does not define me.

  1. Yes! An excellent follow-up. One thing I’m really liking about this is it defies categorization. Is it literary fiction? Psychological horror? Something else? Keeps me in suspense the whole time!

I have no idea what it is. It’s just a thing, you know. 😉 Anyway, as we discussed yesterday, this is providing me with some motivation and since each episode is so short, it’s not killing too many brain cells. What I really want to do at some point is an episode that I don’t write ahead of time. I want to do an episode where I just come up with the next piece of the story off the cuff.

      Thank you for your encouragement.

  2. BTW, I didn’t even notice any sniffling. But, if you’re interested, there is a program that you can use to edit unwanted noises out of audio files. It’s called Audacity. https://www.audacityteam.org/download/ It’s what I use to edit the audio on our WSW videos.

But again, the audio on this sounded fine to me. You’re on a roll! 🙂

  4. This is intense! Keep going!

On a technical note… it’s weird. I’ve seen your posts trying to embed the player for Part 3, but it doesn’t show up. But when I come to this post, Part 3 is where Part 2 used to be, and it plays fine…
